When Jewel specifies a limit on a particular item (i.e. 2), that means you are limited to 2 of each variety. So for the cheese above, you could buy 2 mozarella shredded, 2 mozarella chunks, 2 sharp cheddar chunks, 2 medium cheddar chunks, and so on.
